Naoto Azuma is 21 years old and formerly a trainee of the Jipang Pro Wrestling team, until the wrestling team Global Wrestling Monopoly (GWM) destroyed their dojo. His friend Takuma Fujii's father was gravely injured as a result. Together, Naoto and Takuma take up the mantles of "Tiger Mask" and "Tiger the Dark" to defeat "The Tiger's Hole," which manipulates GWM. Naoto vows to destroy the group while Takuma joins The Tiger Hole to dismantle it from within.

The day before the ceremony marking the completion of the Yajima Stadium, Nils Nielsen invites Sei Iori, Meijin Kawaguchi, and others to an exhibition battle using the new large-scale battle system he has designed. Now that they are all reunited, Sei attempts to show off the Build Strike Cosmos that he has upgraded for the exhibition, but then he notices something missing... Meanwhile, somebody takes control of the stadium's systems, sealing Sei and the others inside. Before them appears a mysterious group, which has come to challenge them to Gunpla Battle.

Ami Kurata is a first year college student with no special qualities. She eventually gets introduced to the world of long-distance bicycling and road racer bikes, and she forms a cycling team called Fortuna with four other female college students from the same school. Their goal is to ride in a "brevet" or long-distance event called "Fresh."

Kamui teaches Chrono how to play the game and opens the way for Chrono to gain new friends and rivals solely by having fun, including soon to be teammates Shion Kiba and Tokoha Anjou.

Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water 2

Upon Rikka, the academy-city above water, or what many call the “Asterisk,” students of the six schools prepare for the Festa. These annual comprehensive battle tournaments are held on a worldwide scale and each of the six schools place their hopes in their teams to bring them victory. In the Phoenix Festa (tag-team battle) category, Seidoukan Academy's Ayato Amagiri takes up the challenge along with his partner Julis, the Witch of the Resplendent Flames (Glühen Rose).
