Also is the President (of everything) who calls up Milk and company to fight crime, And Milk's land owner who in almost every episode trys to gain her rent money but fails due to her little tricks and remarks. All together the characters make up a incredibly dysfunctional family.

He must choose one of the girls to recieve special training which she will recieve in secret. They must use the "Battle Soles" to push back the enemy even at the cost of their lives.
