Description:
The Kameari Park police box officers go on vacation in Hawaii, but after Ryotsu sees a childhood friend who was supposedly dead for the past ten years he & the Katsushika Police Force become involved in a terrorist's plan to use a giant UFO-shaped object to create tornadoes that can rip Tokyo to shreds.
